Individual Intervention
What Happens in the Session?
Each session is tailored to your specific needs, but typically involves the following:
Understanding the Issue: We’ll begin by discussing your concerns, challenges, or goals in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. This helps us gain a clear understanding of what you’re facing.
Developing Strategies: Based on your needs, the therapist will suggest coping strategies, tools, or techniques to help you manage stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or other challenges.
Building Insight: The therapist will help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours more deeply, providing insight into patterns that may be affecting your well-being.
Goal Setting: Together, we’ll set achievable goals to track progress and make sure you’re moving toward the changes you want to see in your life.
How long does it take?
Individual therapy sessions typically last 45-60 minutes. The frequency of sessions may vary depending on your goals and needs.
Confidential
Why choose individual sessions?
Personalised Support: Unlike group therapy, individual sessions focus solely on you, providing a space where you can explore your personal concerns in depth.
Confidential and Safe: Everything discussed is confidential, and your therapist creates a safe, supportive environment for you to work through challenges at your own pace
Tailored Techniques: The therapist will use evidence-based approaches that are best suited to your unique needs, ensuring that you receive the most effective support.
An individual intervention session is a great way to get the help you need in a focused, personalised manner. If you’re ready to make a change or need support, these sessions are a valuable step toward understanding and improving your mental and emotional well-being.
